Ban Rakat Club Co., Ltd. fully recognizes the importance of protecting personal information in the advanced information and communication society and believes it is our social responsibility to handle personal information of our customers properly. If we receives a lawful order or request from authorized institutions such as a court, the police or government authorities, the personal information will be disclosed accordingly.

When we outsource the handling and management of personal information of our customers to another institution or agency, we will monitor the institution and agency concerned to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to protect personal information of our customers.

We intend to do our best to continually review, maintain and improve our systems to protect personal information properly.

6. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use or Deletion of Personal Information
We will make a prompt response to a request of disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of personal information from the individual customer concerned.
7. Education and Training of Executives and Employees
We will establish procedures for handling and disclosing personal information of our customers. We will carry out necessary education and training to all our executives and employees regarding the importance of personal information so that they can properly handle and protect personal information of our customers
8. Inquiries and Complaints

We will make a prompt response to inquiries or complaints regarding our Personal Information Protection Policy and handling of personal information of our customers.
